Camshafts can it be done?

Hey all im a fairly new poster , ill leave it short

I have a black 202 40tho oversize and my m8 recently gave me a stage 2 cam out of a red 186 , i am not sure if the cam will fit in the 202 block,
im pretty much asking can it be done?

It can be done. Although stage 2 doesn't mean much, Its it a Yella Terra cam?

If you are fitting a different cam you will need to pull the motor apart to fit it. If you get your own cam reground it can be slid out the front of the motor and replaced the same way.

Did he tell you what sort of cam it was like a 30/70 etc??

hey it doesnt have yella terra or a brand stamped on the shaft but there is a number ,the number is A802 if that is any help.
