Paint Colour

What i would like to know is, would anybody have any suggestion on what colour i could paint my commodore? but cheap and a stand out colour at the sametime. :my:

well just an opinion, but ive seen a few bright gold holdens around ( like the Vt's when they came out) and i recon that color looks mint on all holdens ive seen

You can't have cheap and headturning, go for a quality paint (will cost more) but will have a much better result and finish.. as for colour, Tiger Mica is quite good but a bit old now, how about Turismo (Light blue colour on the Monaro)?

Since your car's already Red you could make it a different kind of red like Sting Red and not really need to do the engine bay and inside the door trims, jams etc. therefore costing less money for paint

Ok mate here is two cars my beat mate and i have resprayed our selfs and have done compleate coluor changes on both and have done them for under $500 and a few ppl have saked if we will do there cars for them

I've got black in mind but it's a nice black... There might be some red or maybe white...

Looks ok for now, but wait a few years and see how it holds up? did you use acrylic?

for under 500 dollars :my: did u find your paint on the side fo the road lol

cost me that jus for my base coat let alone the clear primer thinners sanding prep materials and so on........dont think ud even get half decent job for under 500

Maybe 2 tone a shade of maroon silver bottom or a black
