what difficulties are invovled ???

how hard is it to change a manual gear box on a vk 5.0ltr to an automatic. what is involved what do i need to buy.what are the costs???
any help will be apprieciated

or what do i need in general to change it over i have the gear box and shifter to suit the engine what else do i need.. coz i might be getting a 253 in stead depending on what happens

I think you need an auto crossmember and an auto tailshaft and an auto pedalbox. Thats what I can remember when we did my torana a few years back.
