VL diff into VH

Has anyone done this conversion and what are the problems. I know that the borg warners are a little wider. (how does this wider track affect the handling, and will i have to roll the guards as i have VZ SS rims). reason for change is 2.78 ratio is shit for city driving.

My VL Turbo diff is just brilliant in my car, I havent had any clearance problems in my car.
I have info on my site about my installation of the diff.

the only thing you'll have to change is the tailshaft because where it bolts up to the diff is different

yep, tailshaft is only real drama, just get the two piece split and a vl rear half added and rebalanced, if its a trimatic or m21, try and find a vl v8 tailshaft
