Default park selector switch - bypassing

i accidently cut the wires that go to the park selector switch. the car is being used for speedway so it doesnt' really need to be there (extra weight )

how can i get the car started without it? which wires do i need to join up to complete the circuit?

there are from memory, two purple and two grey.

    thanks

easy just join the 2 purple together and the 2 grey together. All the 2 purple do is cut the starter motor circuit.

    cheers

it didn't start, but got it cranking. we've worked out the different loops and pulled out every other wire. there is now nothing under the dashboard. jsut 6 or 8 wires in the engine bay that need to be wired up with switches.

    we had a win.
