Can a vn-vp 80 litre tank be fitted to a VK sedan? Cheaper option than HDT.

is the vk efi? if yes i would say maybe as i'm pretty sure the straps bolt up ok.

Yes it can I run a tank out of a VQ statesman in my good VK you need to lengthen the passengers side strap to make it fit, & the fuel filler neck.

As for fuel pumps the early tanks have a low pressure pump pumping fuel to the high pressure pump so it would need to be wired in. It should be low pressure enought for a carbie V8 and owuld just connect in like an existing fuel pump.

Secondly if its going into a carbie 202 dont wire it up, if the engine pump cant draw the fuel through you may need to remove the internal pump from the pickup.
