vk problems

[V-ahhh]

ok so im having some problems with my vk berlina, i start it up it drives ok for about 10 minutes and then its starts to go a bit rough and every time i slow down the car cuts out and the est light and the battery light comes up on the dash, any ideas? its a 202 black carby

Dont know where to start there mate, could be electrical.......could be fuel system- float levels...... too many possibilities, and not enough info/details about problems.

I bet you're on gas right? This is the exact same problem my brother had the other day.

nope im on petrol and im guessing it may be an electrical problem as i blew up a cd player a few weeks back.

mite sound dumb but have you checked the fuses
if so try moving the est senser abit as ihad the same problem and after that it ran the way it should hard and fast

yeh turned out it was a timing problem managed to blow the ingintion fuse though but i new thats wat it was when i popped it
