Start looking for Hens teeth you will have better luck,

There were a couple of different steering wheels the momo wheels have numbers stamped into the back of the wheel Yours should have also had a date like mine says Aug 84.

Depending what wheel was put on by HDT you may be able to order a replacement wheel from momo and contact a rare spares dealer or HDT for a replica horn button. The replica stuff isnt identical to the original suff but its as good as your going to get.
