would a VH diff that ran a 253 make my 3.3 EFI launch better or would the ratios b too long or something like that?
Cheers, Robbie
Odds are it would have a Salisbury 3.08, if you want a diff ratio to make your car launch better for for a VL Turbo LSD which will have a ratio of 3.45:1 or even a standard VL diff should give you better launching.
Although there will need to be some tailshaft mods or changes, have a look at my site for when i installed my diff.

check what ratio they are, my guess would be the 6 cyl would probably be better anyway because the v8s didn't need a low ratio (like 3.36:1 for 6s, 3.08:1 for 8s).
i might of got high and low ratio mixed up. is it bigger the number/lower the ratio or the other way around?
I have an inline 4!
