    Default 2 Questions again :p

    Hey All

I would like to ask people who have had a car and put it through roadworthy before, what i'm asking is would they be against mounting a thermo fan in front of the radiator?and adding extra gauges that didnt come with the car when it was first made eg. RPM tacho, oil pressure gauge?

My rpm tacho isn't big and bulky looking

Okay a few ways I've seen the gauges mounted in a early commodore
(I'd credit the cars they're from but I honestly can't remember where I got them, beautiful work though)
The last one will be a bit hard, cause the dash is from a vn/vp (though still in a VK) but the idea is to mount the gauges on the side of the instrument cluster.

They look wicked mate, top stuff!

Is it hard to install a custom cluster background?

I don't know yet, I'm just trying to get the gauges first then I'm gonna get to work on that. Should be pretty simple though? just need a couple of hole saws, a dremel to perfect things and a decent design to put on it. the materials would be pretty easy to source. Don't know about lighting though. Maybe some ccfl kits, they seem to take up very little power plus are very bright.
