Your best be would be for a V6 conversion for an economical conversion

Other options would be for an RB series conversion from a VL or Nissan/

Look through the forum archives the topics have been covered before

    cheers

i think you should look into a small sidewinder super charger for the 202??

I have seen some pretty hot 202's pulling some reasonable numbers but they are also 'chew o chews' when it comes to fuel. V6 conversion would give you a power boost and with the right drive train combo would be good on the fuel too.

what he said, you could always look for one of the supercharged V6s, not many 202s would come close.

I'm considering changing my old 202 as well... not sure which way to go though. Want to try and keep the old girl as original as possible, so am leaning more towards a reco'd 202. A V6 WOULD be better on fuel, but that's too much of a change for me, and I don't like change

5000? lol i could get an VN ss for that price.. 2000 would be more like it.

You can always improve on a 202 by other mods, such as extractors etc..

Don't forget half the races are one by the driver not the motor.
