the racks sould be the same, and i prefer the vh pump to the leaky poorly designed vk one and swapped to it in my old vk. less trouble with the resivour and pump in one and less hoses for them to leak

WTF why does he need a crossmember??

The crossmembers VB-VK are IDENTICAL manual steer, power steer, V8, 6cyl heck even a 4cyl used the same crossmember.

You will need the following parts to do a power steering conversion.

Intermediate shaft fromt he bottom of the steering column (thing that joins the steering column to the rack)
power steering lines.
brackets for the power steering pump
power steering pump
Belt for the pump
resovoir
ATF to fill the system
