VKC dash mods....

K anyone know if I can change the colours of certain areas of the digital dash ??? & Also anyway of changing the error messages???


IE - I was thinking of changing the 'MONITOR' to a different colour (prob blue) & have it read a custom plate.....


Any ideas if this is doable???

geeez I don't really know. I imagine that they are some kind of early LED set up. Big job

I think ringing someone at VDO to find an authorisedd repairer that they would recommend would be your first step, pretty sure VDOs head office is just east of the city where the grand prix track used to be between paynham rd and the britannia roundabout. might as well get the whole thing checked over then while its out.
