    Default Another V6 Conversion..plz Help

    hey ive been reading on the VN V6 into VH's but i was thinking would it fit into a VB wagon? if it does it gunna put one it and chop the wagon into a ute.

    Yes it would fit into a VB wagon, it will fit in any VB-VL.
    Now to chop a wagon into a ute you need someone to make a chassis to make it pass the engineers cert. Stuff knows how much it will cost to convert a wagon into a ute.

    depends if you want a normal ute or a 1 tonner style, it wouldnt be that hard to chop the top half off of a wagon and take the rear seats out i would imagine..

    Well the roof is a main part of the body stiffness. So if you chop the roof off a wagon, it might bend inwards.
    I have to have a look though some of my commodore mags, there is a VB/VC wagon into a ute in there.

    my dads friend had a purple VK convertable sedan, it was sitting in our shed for about 6 months half finished. really nice paintjob, simmons V5's and a 308. the interior was stripped and the trim and front/tail lights were in pieces in the boot and interior. but it wasnt "convertable" as it didnt have the option of a roof

    sorry... I mean 'topless' rather than convertable... its something I have thought about for a number of years.... been hashed around a fair bit, & yeah Clint done similar to the VH & the Gemini.....

    im just gunna chop the back off the wagon and rid it of eberything it doesn't need, and put in a v6 and maybe superchage it for minimum traction and use it for a burnout car
    ......... and what do u need to get into a burnout comp?
