Reat is pretty easy you might need to drill a couple of holes in your rear quarters for the bolts to go through into the bar brackets.
Possibly need to change your tail light wiring harbess to a VK/VL one.
Tail lights will bolt in ok, the garnish between the lights you may need to drill a couple of holes for the brackets to go into your boot.
Front bar will require a bit more work I think, the problem if the VB headlights wheny ou try and fit a VK grille who knows how badly it owuld line up, you might need to invest in a par of VH/VK front guards, headlights as well.
You will need to modify your front apron to allow the VK front bar brackets to fit through to bolt them up to the chassis rails.

Hahaha yeah im on pretty good terms with the wreakers I go to, when I first arrive I make a coffee for us then I go and get my parts.
He thinks im nuts after I told him when I find perfect parts I clean them up prep them for storage and just store them away incase I ever need them, he calls me when he gets a new commodore to see if i want anything off it.
cheers

Yeah the VH front panels and headlights are the same as the vk items and they all bolt straight up. If you can get VK panels thats just as good LOL you could change the look of the car every week if you wanted to by swapping the grill and bumper over for VH ones. Like VK one week VH the next.
here is a pic of my brothers VB with the VH front on it. It took us a couple of days but we were slow, we changed bonnet, guards headlights and grill.
If there are no wreckers' around your area might be better to buy a whole VK for parts, one thats rusty and not going from your area or thats ok but a fair price. Good luck
P.S. the vb headlights are too small to have a VK or VH grill between them, so you may need to fit VK or VH headlights and to fit those you will need to swap the guards and bonnet too.

Well I have been a very good customer I have spent thousands there, plus my old mans work buys their stuff through them as well so we are looked after. Its not like the general customers they get chasing a little part & they want the wreakers to even fit it to the car as well.Originally Posted by ucwepn
