is it posable to drift in a vk 202 auto just a bit of side action wat set up would be needed 2
any replys are good thanx guys
jo
side ways action isnt drifting!!!
if u want a real drift car it has to be manual and have power.
so a stock 202 wont drift. if you ment to get sideways a bit on dirt roads or wet roads then floor it. (by road i mean track)
but that will be powersliding not drifting!!!
there have been to many questions about drifting lately!!
i wonder why![]()

yeah, dont try and drift your VK mate, it wont have enough power and im guessing your not a very experienced driver, so it you might end up really regretting it..
use the handbrake to initiate the slide, then power on (if there is any)
i'm thinking about giving it a go in my vh which is slowly becoming a speedway car. i entered in a motorkhana and got some nice sideways action.
ECOTEC KICKED IN yO!!!!!!
b4 i tore the guts out of my vb i used to powerslide round every corner.. even tho it was dirt.. all i did was turn and floor it.. weeeeeeeeeeeee.

nope. we entered the vh in a motorkhana and got plenty of sideways action. we will get more with a locked diff. auto as well. just left it in 1st for the competition.Originally Posted by Goon

if you want to drift your car pull the 202 out and drop a supercharged 355 stroker in...then you'll be able to drift
i drift all the time when im in my vb.... drift off to sleep![]()

Seal all holes in the body, make sure the door seals work well... drive off a boat ramp and you will be able to drift for miles..

I wonder if the OP made it to 17?
Cheap, fast, reliable.....you only get to choose two.
I reckon he would have easy, an auto single pegger 202ci isn't going to get very far sideways
