Group A or Group 3 Body Kit

I have a VK i am considering putting on a "group a" or a "group 3" body kit i am unsure of wot looks best so if you could all tell me wot u think that might make it easier for me to decide. also how much do think it will cost and does anyone know where i can get the bodykit?

Use the group A kit with group 3 side skirts.
Cost well it depends on where you get it from. There is a heap of places that make them. Some places make the kits a little to big and need some minor mods to make them fit snug.
www.hdt.com.au these blokes still have the original Group A and Group3 kit.

Thanx for that guys that has made it a lot easier to decide. i think im going to get the group a front and rear and the group 3 sides like u sujested im going to keep the original grille and no spoiler and no hood because mine is not a V8 and i dont wont to make it look like a SS if its not one. also do u think i might be able to get the body kit from a wreckers or something and repair any damage (would it be cheaper)

Personally I prefer the Group III bar spoilers & skirts with the group A wing, have a look at images of my car on my site.
The Group III front spoiler is more structurly sound that the group A

yep, I like group 3 fronts & espesh the rears!!! director sides skirts & the little lip on the boot not the bigger group A one....


funny enuf.... Ill post pics of NUFNSUS in a couple weeks..... after having it all fitted & sprayed thats what it will look like

So on the SS did they take the plastic panels off the doors and front gaurd and only have the lower skirt??

for traindriver: on the group a and the base ss there were no plastic panels on the doors or front guards and the side skirts were an option and not fitted to all. alot of base ss' even had the standard vk grille and no spoilers at all, people just added em after cause they reckon they look better. im tossing up whether to keep my rear spoiler and skirts on when it come stime for panel and paint, i think id prefer to have just the front spoiler and grille!!! not sure yet

i got the group 3 kit which consists of front and rear bar. the exhaust hole hasn't been modified yet.grill and rear wing if your interested. all kit is in very good condition.
