My workmate who used to own a VC Brock Commodore reckons it weighed 2 1/2 tons (I think he was talking imperial measurement). I said no way, later Commodores such as VZ are heaps heavier and weigh nowhere near that. So what is the official weight of a VC Brock, anyone know? Any links? I've tried googling without success.
1475kgs, about 1.5 tonnes is the weight if a VC SL/E, the base for the VC Brock. The fibreglass bits for the kit wouldn't weigh to much.
Cheers Damien"SL/ENUT" Smith, The SL/E Fanatic!
A lucky owner of 2 SL/E Commodores, a rare VB SL/E and a 2 tone VC SL/E. Just need a VH SL/E and have the set!
Yeah I'll go with that. 1.5ish metric tonnes would be right i reckon. Considering that it was based on a V8 street car, I would imagine it would be lighter for performance sake.
