just wondering my vk is a straight six carby im running it on unleaded fuel and supplement called flashlube whats the best fuel to use and thinking of putting a new carby on any ideas

Just leave it as it is.

Give it premium because its similar octane to the old leaded fuel.

But premium only last upto 3 days before it turns to crap? i would suggest the same withthe lube. but the price is off....

I used to find my old 253 would run alot better on premium than standard ULP. I could run up to 12 degrees ignition timing instead of 6, and it also cured a minor dieseling problem on shut down.
