VK Calais Colours....

What body colours did the VK Calais come with the cerulean interiors ?


Looking to spray mine, & Im it if on wether to respray it, or change the colour.

Do I go something new & hope it goes with the interior ? Or do I pick a more original colour??

New - Ford 'Menace' or Original - Tuxedo Black.

mine has the cerulean interior, and it's white over silver. Pretty boring

Countess i hope you mean repainting the exterior of the car cause that interior shade is very very rare these days!
Anyway i think mostly white,blue,silver and light greens shades VK Calais would have the cerulean. I shall find out more tomorrow when i pic up my copy of the Holden VB-VK Parts list manual!

Thou I do have another whole VK Calais cerulean interior here.....


but Im after what colours would 'go' with the interior..... Im feeling that pink or something would look crap

But I cant go silver... (NUFNSUS wannabe) & Im even scared to go black..(Mickey Mack Attack ) & I have thought of respraying original colour (cerulean metallic) .... but green cars are unlucky

Impulse Blue like on the VZ SS would suit that interior IMO

I was thinkin VK SS blue also - I just not sure if I could see myself driving a blue car... lol I know that sounds strange... but .... ya know.... lol

The VK SS blue is not bad. Personally, I'd check out some of the metallic colours on some of the newer cars on the road and when you find one, ask the owner the colour.

You could probably grab a auto paint catalogue and browse it and find one that way. Sort of like browsing the paint charts at Bunnings and stuff.
