How hard is it to change dashes on a VK

Gday just wanted to know how hard it is to change from the standard dash in the EFI VK to the Calais electric dash. Is it just a case of picking up the new cluster and swapping them over or is there more to it than that.

Its a little more involved is just the dash cluster, you need the following parts

Speedo cable
Transducer
Electronic speedo generator that screws into the transducer
wiring harness for the dash cluster
dash cluster


there are a few extra things such as parts for the trip computer, fuel flow, low coolant sensor.
