Paint Gun

Hey All

Just wondering if anybody knows of a good quality paint gun but cheap at the sametime? i'm only using it to paint my car so it'll be used only a couple of times then put away..

I'm after a gun with the canster on top of the gun, not under the gun..

I already have the air compressor.

Just buy the $30 ones at the local parts shop.

Why do you want a overhead type? I thought they are only gravity types.

Supercheap autos carry decent guns for resonable money. Also theres nothing wrong with suction feed guns. Cheap Gravity feed guns are mainly used for unthinned spray puttty and have huge nozzles. Dont get one with a 1mm nozzel, a 1.6 or 1.8 nozzle should do you if your spraying acrylic laquer.

Repco sell a scorpion brand for around $100. Its not bad for the money. You really do a lot better with a top pot on bonnets and boots and roofs etc.
