Ahhhh i know what you mean. You need to grab a small flat head screw driver and there is a slot cut in the pins that hold the seat belt cover on. Prise the pins slowly cause these are very brittle. Once all 4 pins are out so far, nearly all the way the cover can be taken off.

from memory u might need to loosen up the trimmings on the sill to replace it properly, but this is only from memory.
