Note:it is already starting to drift over to the left of the road while driveing(its the front left bearing)
Note2:I DONT DRIVE IT UNLEES I HAF TO COS IM WORRIED
Best to replace wheel bearings.
If they wear out too much then you will have big problems. Not really an expensive exercise.
Ok possibilities are
The case hardening wearing off the surface of the bearings rapidly wearing it out, the excessive float movement of the wheel could make it difficult to control, depending on the brake pad thickness the rotor could hit the brake pads wearing the rotor & pads.
If it runs totally out of lubrication on a long sustained high speed the head generated could cause the wheel to seize.
On an early commodore a wheel bearing is cheap as chips to replace and very easy, so just replace it.
cheers

also depending on how long ya let it go you may end up needing to replace your brake rotors too cause if the bearing is stuffed and the cup it runs in starts to slip or turn in the rotor itll stuff em. you could also possibly damage the quill/stub.![]()
You will also get uneven tyre wear on the wheel with the crook bearing.
