VK Brakes

Does anyone know if VK's came with disk brakes on all four wheels? If so was it an option or was it standard?

I am pretty sure mine has front disk brakes and rear drum brakes (im not %100 sure though)

Calais was disc all around.. others im pretty sure was optional..

Its good when you can get a VB with disc Brakes allround

All VK's with the 5L V8 had 4 wheel discs as standard too.

Do u think it would be worth changing my rear brakes to disks? If so do u think it be a big job? And how much $$$ do think i would be up for?
Or do u think it would be better to keep it original.
