Reset SL Dash

Decided to fiddle with my old SL Dash.Just for an experiment I reset the speedo.I removed the rear backing & very, very carefully lifted out the tiny spindle that operates the odometer & turned all the digits back to zero.It would work as I didn't strip any cogs & it's the digits themselves that have the cams in them to turn the next digit over.I removed the Fascia to prevent cam flash.For that avid collector 1 day maybe...

This would be great if you had a VK and gave it a rebuild. I did the same thing to a VH speedo but it don't work. Gotta be carefull with the worm gear.
