I'm thinking about installing an varajet2 auto choke from a VH on my Varajet 2 stronberg carby on my VC, will the updated choke fit?

ps. reasons i'am asking will it fit, casue i havent brought it yet

the choke is going to be exactly the same, they are both blue motors which both use the ROCHESTER Varijet II...
