ACL Gasket "Conversion Kit"?

Hey guys,

A mate was heading out to grab some stuff of a home-run parts business on the weekend, so I told him to get me a set of gaskets for the 202 while he was there.

He comes back with two packs - the regrind (VRS) set - that I've used before - and the additional set, which includes sump, timing cover, etc - which was labelled a 'conversion kit' - what exactly does this mean? What am I converting?
