just a real quick question....
i am fitting king springs to my car, now, with the rears, thecoils are closer together at one end.... does this end go at the bottom or the top?

im pretty sure i heard something about the part being closer together is for the set hight of the spring when put in and the rest holds the weight of the car and holds it up somthing like dat
a spring with coils closer together at one end is called a variable rate spring, the more it compresses the harder it gets... it'll compress the wider coils first, the as it sinks further, the closer coils will compress...
