m21 4 speed into vh sle?

hey, ive got a friend who wants to put the 4 speed gearbox out of my vk into a vh sle, was wondering what is involved and what parts you need to convert

should be the same rear x-member, tailshaft and speedo cable if you are taking out a trimatic, you'll just need the pedal box, clutch parts and shifter...
