Hi, can anyone identify the brand of these extractors. They are two part and I need the passenger side pipe in the attached pictures. This pipe bolts on just above the trimatic bell housing. It is beyond repair. They have been flattened on the underside. Better still does anyone out there know where I may be able to pick up either a second hand or new one. None of the local exhaust places up here can help. Cheers
Buggered if I know. All the V8 Extractors I've seen are the 2 piece(1 each bank type)Got no idea of a set with seperate, individual pipes.

mate, they look like the exact same set i had on my 308 burnout commodore. the brand name is " motivator ". good luck trying to find the peice your looking for. i sold mine on ebay 2 months ago and only got 10 bucks for them. i'd say your best bet would be to try the local wreckers.
i hope this helped. cheers![]()
You could get an exhaust joint to make up a matching pipe to match your other one but it might be too costly.
Flanges wouldn't be much of a problem to get. I picked up 4 new ones at a local Midas which were sitting in a filing cabinet for $2 each. I thought that was cool. They must have had about 100 of them new and used.
The best option would probably maybe find another set off ebay and if they haven't got flanges on the ends, weld a set on and bolt it up. Have you got a picture of the rooted set? You could try and use an oxy to heat it up red hot and then ram the piping out until it comes rounded enough or replace the part/s that are cactus with new piping. You could get some scrap and then weld the new piece on.
Wreckers mate is the best beat, i could try and get 2nd hand ones for you but frieght is a shiat to round up.
Though there is an option of using a bus for postage, but that's like a game of chance, you hope your part makes it to the destination.
If u live in qld it could be cheap.
got a picture of the one that gone to crap? the one above doesnt look to bad i could fix it![]()
Hi, thanks for the info and advice. The ones in the picture are the damaged set. They are virtually flat on the bottom side. It looks like the last owner has hit a few speed bumps or run off the road. The previous owner has already had a go at heating the pipes to get some flow. They have managed to put the flange out of square in the process. I may have to see if an exhaust shop can do something on car. As it is still in rebuild mode I might send it on a tilt tray to get looked at. cheers
