VK Cruise control

Hi Guys,

I've got the optional cruise control that has been fitted since new.
It's engaging a bit below set speed.
Does anyone know anything about these and how to adjust them.
Any documents perhaps?

Does it actually engage and hold even though it's below speed? If so, you have got a 1984/5 piece of rare history. I am still yet to re-fit mine. I have 3 here and I think only one of them works. I hope to repair the other two which will be a complete swine. I might have to use the finest brazing rod for the job. Have you ever pulled one apart? There is a coil inside the guts and mine has the coil part that attaches to the base come apart. Some tricky dicky welding coming soon.......

when i first started to use my cruise control it would take off a bit and speed up 8km/h or sumthin but these days it has settled down n works fine

i test drove a vkc with it not long after mine died.. worked to the km.. so elite..
