    Default Traumatic noise in reverse...

Hey fellas, what could it be. Only happens in reverse (whirring noise) but not any other gear. Please don't tell me the pumps hammered.I just bought the thing from the wreckers and put it in and put the fluid in it...
Oh yeah theres a 1-2sec delay in2 reverse aswell, not too long.

Is she an auto mate? I've heard that nosie before when ive fiddled with the idle on the plunger located on the throttle body that controls the idle of the throttle. "the thing with the gold pin that holds it "throttle arm" at a certain rev"

I first thought it was the drivetran or something, but them i increased the idle on the plunger and it went away..

    Best of luck mate

trimatics were a fairly strong tranny for what they are. May just need a band kit put through it.
