Hi I would like to know what the Outback Pack was for the suspension. I do a bit of camping in my VH wagon and I want to fix up the springs as they are saging a bit. And I was told that to get the same rate coils and shocks as the out back pack. Now I would like to know what Im talking about when I go to the suspension place.
thanks for any info
I havent heard about that pack before mate, sounds hardcore![]()
Tried research with google?
I guess u would ask for an outback suspension pack for your vh commodore wagon... kinda sounds like a full setup to me, maybe it would replace your old suspension?
Maybe someone knows more![]()
Brings back memories from the old aboriginal outback mechanics show. They used to fill the tyres up with grass when they got flats and stuff. Gee it was a good show though
and use a log for a tailshaft!
We got rep back, yaaay!
lol yea. i see i'm not the only one that can remember that show!![]()
Out back pack consisted of heavier duty slightly raised springs, and a sump guard to protect the sump from rocks etc.
Your best to talk to whiteline about springs etc (www.whiteline.com.au), you may need longer front shocks depending on the amount you want to raise it.
cheers
