is there any way i can pop the hood on my VC commo without being able to get into the car? thanks..
mm well the thing is, i use romote locking and alarm and shit and the car battery had gone dead.. so i can not get into the car because it is locked and will not unlock with no power the the remote locking in the car.. no keys open it so jah basically i need to get the hood open so i can change the battery/jump start...
I know two ways to do this.
1. Take the grille out if you can, and use a long screw driver and try pushing the the bit that clips the bonnet shut. Or
2. Lay down on you back, again with a long screw driver and try to prise the clip to pop the bonnet.

When you fall off the pace with the car you brought to the race, I'll be the one who's flying by you kickin' sh#t in your face
What if you use a second battery and using jumper leads is it possible to earth the negative lead to the chassis and connect the positive lead to the positive side of the starter motor where the battery lead is connected to by crawling under the car. Might not work , but worth a try

shit, thats a smart way just to open your hood lol.. thanks for the help guys, for anyone who has this problem in the future, take the grill off and look up at where the lock for the bonnet would be, you will see a round hole (and most likely the cable the the left side of the car), reach up into the hole and feel around for where the cable ends, then pull it to the left and POP.. such a good sound when shit like this happens lol..
Sometimes the screws for the grille are easy to get to, and easy to get out.
