Front Dash

Hi everyone,
im pulling apart my front dash in my '80 VC and ive hit a little bit of a bother. in the middle where the switches are (eg. AC) and where the clock is. i think its called the bezel. the second switch from the right wont come out like the rest. if anyone has any advice it would b a big help.

Is that the wiper dwell switch?

It has a knob that you turn to change the wiper speed.

If so, just pull the knob off the switch, there may be a little pin holding it in place from memory. I think you can then unscrew the round peice behind where the knob was. Then you should be able to pull the switch unit out from the back of the panel.

Sorry, i'm a little sketchy on the details. Its been a while since i've worked on a VB/C.

The knob should just pull off then use a flat screwdriver to unscrew the nut then i should just push out, or if you are taking the switches out all together just unplug the wires off the back

yeah its the wiper speed knob. thanks guys ill go try it right now.
