VH Commodore SLE Dash

Gday there, Im removing the old dash cluster of my VH , you know the one with the vacum gauge, and fitting a new cluster with the tacho among other things.... Now my question is does the tacho need to be wired on its own or is the multi pin plug behind the cluster include wiring for the tacho.

not sure about vh's but mate vc sle has a vaccum gauage istead of tacho and he reckons he has to fully wire it up cos the wires arnt there.

You will have to wire up the tacho, its not that hard either. One wire from the negitive side on the coil to the terminal close to where the tacho is.
