Gday there ..... Ive got a vh comodore with a drum rear end and about to fit another diff but a didc brake rear end....is there any changes to the brake master cylinder or will the disc rear end work fine as is.
Cheers

The drum brake rear master cylinder is a single diaphragm, doesn't have much pressure. With a disc rear master cylinder it has 2 diaphragms and much better pressure.
In other words, better get the correct disc brake rear master cylinder, they are a lot bigger in size than the drum brake version

I have done this job on my Vk. (rear drum to disc) It would be a good idea to change the diaphram brake booster to the twin diaphram booster and if possible fit a 1 inch master cylinder. With these specs, you would match police/Brock set up.
