vb 202 manafold fit on a vk 202

i can get a vb turbo kit for my vk but i havent had a look at the manafold to see if it will fit dose eneyone no ????

No I am afraid, the VB six cylinder red motor has a six port head and matching manifold. The VC/VH/VK six cylinder blue/black engines have a twelve port head and matching manifold. You would have to remove the head and put in a VB red motor head to match the manifold you have.

Actually it's a 9 port, 6 for exhaust, 3 for intake.

No, I believe it is 12 port, 6 each for intake and exhaust. There are only 3 actual tubes in the intake manifold but the head is split into individual ports.

vc/h/k are blue/black - 12 port

Oops sorry, yes the red motor has 9 ports. (i was thinking 6 as in 6 cylinder) DOH!

No, the ports on the manifold will be smaller than the head.

Yes! You can! Drill three holes block four done in 10 minutes... then your laughing. If you do, you would have to go a yt head to get your power back from doing such a backwards mod.
