Default VL boot onto a VK?

Nothing but vanity in this one, but I love the boot of the VL's. Especially the lip on it.

Has anyone experienced this? Does it fit? Does the lip fit in with the existing VK shell without issue, and without looking butt ugly?

I actually looked into doing this on a VK once, you have to change/modify the rear quarters as well, very big job.
After considering it we ended up deciding it would be easier fitting a VK radiator support & front end panels to a VL.

    cheers

as vkberlina said, alot of work involved as the rear quarters are totally different between the VK's and the VL's. You'd be better off trying the VK front on a VL, although i reckon even that would be a task and a half!!

the boot lip wont line up with the VK rear and quite frankly would look stupid!

    dont do it
