VK Auto Trans Issue

Runs nice and smooth changing up and down until it changes into 1st when it does this it has a bit of a thump. What is causing this and how can i fix it?

look at ur uni joints mate, i know what ur talking about i think.. when u slow down and it goes into first and a thump/clunk ? if thats it then yeah, im still havent changed mine yet to be sure if itwill be solved

Could possible be the diff to, but i say its the uni's
