calais lights

ok everyone has seen the calais lights with the white lines going through it
ive got a vk n wanna put the white lins through my lights without having to buy new calais light. has any 1 dun this before and how is this done??

Basically spend a heap of time masking up the ribs on the tail lights, give them a light sand, spray with a plastic adhesion promoter, prime & paint.

It would be easier, and cheaper to buy a set of lights ready to bolt in.

VL calais tail lights have the white lines along the top half, VK calais ones have red pinstripes kinda like a border

use pinstripe tape i did on mine about a month ago hasnt come off yet i just put a coat of clear over it
