Need tailshaft for a 5 speed borg warner in Vk: Cairns

Hey people, ive just bought a reco'd 5 speed borg warner (M76) and have all the gear ready for the swap into my 84 Vk that has a black 202 4 speed MC6, all except the tailshaft...

Any1 hav one they wanna sell, or know of one sumwhere.

i dont wanna just get mine shortened, i want one thats made to work

I had no idea they were different, I was planning to use my traumatic one

that said, if they are the same, I am in bayview heights and have one at the moment, pending its usefulness in my EFI VK 5spd conversion.

nah heard that they are different.. all the others seem to b the same, but the 5 speed borg warner is different...

Yeah they're definetely different. I got one but I sorta need that for mine

I know of a guy u might be able to get some from. He's a local wrecker and he's pretty cheap. If u want I'll give yous his number, but not sure if he'll package it up and post it. He's in Port Pirie, bout 220k's North of Adelaide......and the last time I bought a tail shaft off of him which was last year he charged me $50. But yeah if yous want his number let me know.
