EFi injectors

Just weighing up my options for future upgrades basically can anyone tell me the part no' of vk injectors and they're flow rate. Also what sort of injectors would be good to replace them with and what would fit? i can probably get a hold of some brand new blue 777's from vt onwards ecotecs would they work? or some ef series 6cyl ones?
