VK engine conversion

[VK-Berlina5.0]

hey ive got a VK 5.0L and was thinking of swapping it to a VN-VS EFI 5.0L
is there much benifits? better fuel economy, more power? also can it be on LPG? do i need a computer?
could anyone send some pics of there conversions if they have done it
and also was it alot of work? i know that the bottom half of the engine is the same, its just different heads etc....
