Wondering about the ease of swapping my efi202 for a 308?

Do the 6 and 8 share the same engine mounts?
Can I get a 308 to trimatic bellhousing easy enough??

My 202 is so bloody thirsty I thought, if I am gonna waste gas I may as well do it properly....
