Is it possible to change the stock VK diff centre with an LSD centre in a 6 cylinder?
also what is the difference between minispool and full spool?
    thanks

Yes, i would have to be a 6cyl LSD centre to im pretty sure as they have different axles.

I always thought a mini and full spool where the same, but im all ears.

Make sure u know wat diff it has. Some VK 6's had a Salisbury 8 bolt (which are ****), while others had a Borg Warner. Just make sure first. Finding an LSD for a borg warner isn't hard, they come up on ebay from time to time. I got out bidded on one which sold for about $150, so the next one which popped up I made sure I got, which turned out to be $250 with postage. Borg Warner diffs are used in a variety of cars, so that's one reason why it isn't hard finding an LSD for them. Just make sure it's 25 spline, coz that's wat the 6cyl VK borgy's were.

And about a mini spool and full spool. A minispool only replaces the spider gears in the diff centre. You pull the gears out, and put the minispool in which locks the axle's together. A full spool is a complete centre which is locked. A full spool is a lot stronger, but for drifting and skids, a minispool would be all u need.
