Hmm, does the noise go away if you give in gas when its in neutral or park, or is it only when in gear?
The only thing down that side of the car is the engine mount which could be worn, but i doubt it would make a worn belt noise.
Can you describe the noise in greater detail or even film it.

it does do it in park and neutral, the trans oil was on the add line i topped it up with some more and it does it still, also did a motor oil change to,i thought it was just the belts in the box because of the oil beeing low but the noise sounds like its near the bottom of the motor, hard to explain what it sounds like besides loose belts or kinda like a grinding noise,il make a small video of it tommorrow wth my phone.would it be the vaccum hose or something like that, when u start it up the rev meter sits on 5 & 6 grand but its only idiling.

Its probly not the Tacho, it will be the vacuum gauge and between 5 -6 is good for a cold start. Video would help

just put it on youtube or something like that and link it here.
A Vacuum hose shouldnt make a grinding noise, and the fact your vacuum gauge is reading accurate i would say its not a vacuum hose bit it wouldnt hurt to look around and see if you can spot any that are disconnected or broken.

Ahh yes thats a very good point, one problem it will be EST, he cant change it, but i did find if i ran mine in standard unleaded it would ping and also run on, so i only use quality premium and it runs perfect.

if it was pinging it wouldn't go away when you put your foot into it, it would get ALOT worse!!

Yeah worse, then it would come good. Like when u plant it in a too lower gear, as the revs get up it would stop pinging. Not always, but sometimes.....depending on the source of the problem. I also guess the auto advance would make it vary too. I don't know nothing about EST and the EST dizzy tho.

My van did it heaps bad on ULP, as soon as the PULP kicked in it's rarely done it.
