The VK (rodger) got all painted on the weekend, and seeing as i previously put on some photos of him looking pretty nasty in primer i thought i'd show you all what he looks like now

Well i've got some rims, but no tyres, due to lack of funds.
Im getting some lowered springs off a mate, and also some side skirts.
Then im thinking of putting in a yella terra head set up to run on unleaded (if i can ever afford it) cos im sick to the shit of this additive thing. :P
Then yeah im not sure what else... whatever i can afford basically

The paintjob cost me $0 cos my boyfriend's a car spray painter, he works at MPA refinish supplies at thorneside, they do heaps of hotrods and flames and stuff. They don't do insurance work or riceboxes... selective painting
Yes and again about the tinting... it'd be great, but being a 17 year old schoolgirl working at maccas on the weekend these things will take time

hey commodore chick, just thought id let u know that you dont have to get a yella terra head to go on unleaded, try and find a commodore that is up for wrecking, and ask if it has ever had the enigine reconditioned/remanufactured, because there are few companies that do the whole head and change the seats etc, larger valves etc, the company i know is hm gem engine reconditioning. i got a whole motor out of a wreck for $150 due to the sump being pushed up after an accident. took off the head and it was the gem head with all the work already done and in great order.

just sumthing to consider, yella terra aint always the answer

Hey, I'm 17 also and just bought this VK. I'm planning to do something with it...any ideas tell me. But yeh, atleast some people have jobs to do things with their cars. I don't work. lol.
