Not factory at all. Dealer fitted, could be. But never ever left the Holden factory with a turbo 6.

I heard that some early commodores were fitted with turbos in small limited numbers. But that has a high mount and a garret t4????? I dont think them parts would be factory.

looks right but it wouldnt be a t4 they were t3's i think. The manifold looks to be the garret strata one

Prototype, yes but never sold to the public. This happened way back in the HZ Kingswood era
